Stores, Farnborough, Hampshire - Littlewoods - Index : trouble with garden shed purchase

Complaints.com received the following e-message on June 11, 2001:

Dear Sir

This maybe of interest.

I went into my local index store in Farnborough Hampshire.

To buy a garden shed.

I paid for it and they told I would be contact by the supply company.

Within 4 days.

This is where the fun starts 9 days later no one has called.

So I call the store in Farnborough to be told I have to call the

mail-order company of littlewoods index.

So I did and was told it was nothing to do with them take it up with the

store.

So I phoned the store and was given the number of a store in Portsmouth. When I called that store They wanted to know why I was calling them.

When I called the store in Farnborough I have to explain it all again.

I can not complain to littlewoods customer services as know one will

give me the number.

I have sent 4 e-mail to their feed customer services.

And I still have no shed they have my money and the customer services

have gone into hiding.

I will get this sorted and never but never have any dealings or do any
