I purchased the T-Mobile wireless plan and 2 phones on Sunday, 7/6/03 from this T-Mobile sales station, "Mobile Media Inc." in the Brunswick Square Mall, East Brunswick, N.J. for a considerable amount of money, (T722i). On Monday, 7/7/03, the next day, I returned everything because the phones sounded terrible. Every time I spoke on it, I could hear my own voice coming back at me.

Well, when I returned the phones, which was possible because I had a 72 hour window, they CHARGED me $50 EACH for a restocking fee. There was nothing in writing that I signed that stated this. I asked them why, and they said "It was their policy". So it cost me $100 to return 2 phones.

I then had to call T-Moble to cancel out the phone plan, which was no problem at all, but when I told her, (the rep), what had transpired, she (the T-Moble representative), said she never heard of such a thing, and that I should never have been charged.
