We received two shipments which were never ordered from International Paper Supply. I refused to pay the invoices and offered to send back the product at their cost. They, of course, refused to order a pick up for these goods. This was over two years ago, and they are still calling for payment.

They have played a portion of a phone recording which quotes our employee (a part-time employee not authorized to make purchases) as confirming that the shipment is okay to send. We do not intend to ever pay these bills, so stay strong if this is happening to you. I am sure that they get paid a lot of money from people who get tired of the calls. This company is relentless!!
