Recent repairs done: In Mar'03 Compressor was replaced at a payment of Rs

3000/-. A guarantee of one year was accorded.

Date when trouble erupted: June 22 2003

Complaint lodged on : June 23 2003

Observation by the service personneL Compressor is faulty, needs to be

replaced.

Present status of fridge: At present it is not working.Despite follow up on

a daily basis, no action taken to replace the compressor. Officials of Videocon who are aware of the problem: Mr Sharma. Ph:

9810933443 It is surprising that complaints lodged at your id earn response/reply only after 3-4 days.

I have been meticulously maintaining on papaer the follow up done and hence if this repair is not attended to within 24 hours from now I will be constrained to proceed against Videocon through the consumer forum. Regards S Raghavan
