First Capital Consumers - paid $ 219 on June 27, 2002 for credit card not yet received

On June 27 2002, I had agreed to pay 219.00 in order to receive a credit card from them and yet have received anything except a lot of run around. After speaking with some woman name Branch who is some sort of supervisor, I faxed them a copy of my bank statement with the charge along with a letter indicating I wanted my money bank.

Now I am a single mom with a limited income with two children with special needs and was hoping to get a credit card in order to get a great computer deal along with the card.
