DEAR ,MR CEO I'am writing this letter because,the leadership of you has fail.I have been doing business with your company since 1995. I went to Vaux Hall store in New Jersey to purchase garage doors for my mother. We arrive at your store on June 12,2003,the garage door dept was helpful,I INFORM them someone was trying to broke in though her wooded door garage.I also purchase one entry door and storm door.CLOPAY was the garage doors,we paid for installation for the garage door.

When the invoice printed the date 6/17 was printed as start and 7/17 was a completion date I question the service rep about the date and she assureed me that ASAP was in caption and that they would start on that week of 6/17-6/19. When no one arrive on the 17 I call the store and was told I must wait for the contractor to call. Then I ask to speak to the JOE who ask for 20 min to find out he never return my call but only pass it on to another rep. She inform me that the contracter receive a bad fax copier from you store. Now what would be the next question.I call your home office on the June 26 after my mother receive her second call from BUY RITE TO SAY THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 48 hrs.

Your rep Rose just took my name and phone number she nelect to get information on this purchase,she call back on the next day. ON monday I call back and I HAVE TALK TO 1 HOME OFFICE REP,2 STORE REP,1MGR. LARRY,1STORE REP SAMONA. Samona gather the information the contracter LIED THAT THEY HAD ALREADY MEASURE ON THE 19TH AND WAS WAITING ON APPROVAL,CLOPAY HAS YET TO RECIEVE THE ORDER I CALL SOMONA 7/2 AN HER WE GO AGAIN THIS COMPANY BUSINESS ETHICS IS JUST NOT RIGHT I,VE BEEN WAITING PATIENCELY WITH MY MOTHER LIFE THANKYOU FOR NOTHING
