RE: Helbreathusa.com - online game - account blocked - unable to play game

Recently , around the 25th. of June, I signed up to play the online game helbreath usa.

Url: http://www.helbreathusa.com

I received notification that I was signed up and ready to roll. I done the download and began playing. Around the 28th. of June, my credit card was billed for 9.95 which is the monthly cost and I had set it up to be a monthly deduction from my credit card. Two days ago, I get online and try to load the game and whammo...I get a message saying that my account has been blocked til the year 2079. Im dumbfounded.

I had just been on the night before fishing with one of my characters a little bit with no problems. So, I email the helbreathusa version gamemaster...two times...no answer. I try the website contact points ....one don't even work. Tried the other...no answer. Meantime , I am out $9.95...I go the members section of the website for accounts...it says...I have no account/subscription with helbreath usa. I go the current charges etc..area on my members section...oh it shows that I was charged for the month which is supposed to be good til the 26th. of July 03. So, I put in a dispute with my credit card. I don't even know if they are going to try and charge me again next month...

Let me give you a little history of helbreath. Helbreath the game was orginally helbreath international coming out of Korea. The helbreathusa version also is from korea but the hook up point to the usa is somewhere in North Carolina. It is a new addition to the helbreath family. Same game though. A new market. The helbreath game international has also only just went pay to play. If you go to www.mpogd.com and then look to your left you will massively online player games or something of that nature...click that...then it will bring the alphabet up on the top. Click h...then it will bring up helbreath as one of the games listed.

Click that and it will bring up the mpogd area for helbreath. If you click the reviews section on there, you can peruse a few of the ratings from the individuals who actually play. I notice at least two others that had problems with the p2p version of helbreathusa and they had also tried to contact the game administrators and no response. I just wonder how a game like this could even be marketed on the internet this way and get away with all that they do. I would think they would have to abide by rules as well.

If there are any other places that this can be forwarded to, I would be apprecative of it. There is defenitely a problem here.

Kind Regards,

Michael Moore
