Wells Fargo - didn't receive last two mailed mortgage payments

RE: Wells Fargo - didn't receive last two mailed mortgage payments

For 6 months everything was going good with our mortgage and then this past week wells fargo says they never received last months payment even though I remember mailing it,so I looked up the check number and it was never cashed,so we figure it was some kind of mix up in the mail,so we sent new payment with late fees included,wells fargo is still acting like they never received this one either.will update when I can.

one last thought it is kind of funny that we didn't start having trouble with wells fargo until we said no to switching are home insurance to them and also said we did not want to do automatic transfer,now all these problems! that is something to think about.
