Orange, CA 92865 My wife called to cancel the service and was told that I needed to call – so I called back and spoke with Andrew. This man was extremely insulating kept insisting that he was speaking with my wife and not myself.

Bottom line he refused to cancel the service unless I faxed in a copy of my Drivers License and S.S. Card because he did not believe he was speaking with me. Total interruption of my day! ~ Jeff Hamilton
