RE: Pilgrim Motor Sports, Plymouth, MI - received bill from warranty company for nearly 2,000 dollars
Hello, I have recently sent a complaint to the BBB concerning Pilgrim Motor Sports in Plymouth, MI. This business sold me TWO warranties, neither of which I wanted.
This business delivered my motorcycle to me in the middle of the night when I was sound asleep. (They were supposed to arrive between 7 and 8 pm) When the delivery man got there he rushed me through the barrage of paperwork.
A month later I received a bill from a warrantly company totaling nearly two thousand dollars. This have created a financial strain for me and my family. The people at the dealership continuously lie to me about cancelling the warrantly.
I have talked to three different F&I people and they all assure me that warranties can be cancelled. Can you please offer any help?
Thank You,
Shawn Amburgey
