Whirpool Refrigerator bought at Best Buy Store in Atlanta (Jimmy Carter Parkway) on 9/9/03. Serial # SM333268 Model GS6SHAZLB02. I have had the refrigeratior break down on me about 4 times during this year.

Best Buy has refused to replace the refrigerator and their service contractors are rude and provide poor customer service all times. I am urging everyone not to purchase any appliances from Best Buy or Whirpool since service, warranty and products suck.
