RE: KLM Airlines, Manchester, UK - checked bags lost for 5 days

KLM lost my luggage and although the lost luggage dept at Manchester airport are being quite helpful and polite , I am getting no satisfaction from KLM having paid 121 Euros excess baggage from Munich to Manchester via Amsterdam. Through total carelessness my bags have been lost for 5 days. I have to fly to Switzerland and then to the caribbean to work and all my clothes are in these bags.
