DHL, Isreal - have tried to get package for over one month without success

RE: DHL, Isreal - have tried to get package for over one month without success Dear, I would like to send a serious complaint about the customer service I am resiving in Israel . I have tried to get my package for more then a month without any successes. once my package has departed in Israel, DHL has called me saying that it has a clearance delay and I need some health department document to release it (there is a dog medicine inside), they said they will fax it to me.

I waited for 2 days no fax, then I called again they said they don't know what I am talking about they will look it up and call me, I waited 2 days..they called back saying they can not release it, then I asked to sheep it back to begum from were it has arrived, they said o.k., after a week I get a phone call asking what I like to do with the package, I was shocked, asking didn't u send it back ?? they looked in the computer and saw my deliver request, saying sorry for the mistake for not sending it back.

Then they wanted money for the storage time + for the delivery again !! I talked then with the customer service manager named Emmi she said she will look into it and call me back in a few days, I waited with no replay..then I called back and she said I need to pay a lot of money for all the month and a half of storage if I want the package ! and if I agree to destroy the package it will not cost nothing (cause I think they still it's content ).
