RE: First Consumers National Bank - mailed payment in time, but still charged a late payment fee
My name is Michelle Lee (Email User). I mailed a final payment for my account to First Consumers National Bank on June 23, 2003 and they held the check until July 8, 2003 causing me to have to pay a late fee of $35.00.
This was not the first time that I had to pay a fee that I felt was unfair to this company that was the reason for me closing my account out "improper billing". From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 18-Jul-03 00:00:00 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
