TV Guide online - TV Guide service, Insight Communications, Springfield, IL - mistake in programming listing

This may seem rather petty but still I find this quite annoying. Both Tv Guide online and the TV Guide service which is on our local cable system (Springfield, Illinois, Insight Communications) have had the wrong network listed for over a year now. I have emailed TV Guide numerous times and have never gotten a response. I have also called my local cable provider only to be told that that is TV Guides error.

The problem is on cable ch 56 which is Fox Sports Midwest. TV Guide has the listings for, and identifies the channel as Fox Sports Northwest. Needless to say the listings are different. Once in a while the same show will be on but usually it is way off.

For example they show start times for the Seattle Mariners which we cant view even if we wanted to, the St Louis Cardinals, however, which is the team Fox Midwest shows, has no listings.

The magazine version of Tv Guide doesnt list this channel at all so the only way to see what's on is either the online version or the cable version, both of which are wrong. PLease help get through to the right person so that something is done about this. Thanks
