i have been having trouble with my computer dell

ive called costumer service one in the phillipines and other in india etc....if i ask to speak to an american they tell me thats all they have ......they even hung up on me on the phone.........

complaints nobody will listen.......... i spent hours on the phone .......maybe turned into a few days......

the aggreavation .it would be better if they gave me a new computer......

 

ive called medica john @1-512-728-3500 which is the switch board and ask to speak to medica the secretary takes the call and assures you your call will be returned.............

 

years later you will be waiting lambert michael vp.........the same

 

michael dell fax 1-512-283-6161 everyone should call dell those umbers and load that switchboard maybe they will get the hint................................send fax to michael dell you the reason that hes up there..

circle is what dell is all about i spent more than 4 haors until my nerves were shot ..........

 

they will never give you the right person to talk to you....................
