MTNL Phone - trouble with phone service transfer from one location to another

Hi, My name is Mahendra Panchal, i was staying at Antop Hill & recently i shifted to Sanpada. In the month of April' 03 i applied for transferred my MNTL telephone. They took 2 weeks to give me work order no. Then i asked Turbhe MTNL about the same, they told me it's not yet come to us. After 10-15 days i again visited to MTNL Turbhe & meet Mr. Khatal who is handling my area. He asked me to filled up WLL request form, when i asked him do i have to? He said there is no land line free at my area so i have to take WLL, so i filled up the application form. Mr. Khatal promised that i will get WLL phone with 15 days. After one month my Dad personally visited again MTNL Turbhe exchange to Mr. Khatal & he was not there so my Dad meet Mr. Yadav. He again given WLL request form. Next when i went over there & told him that i already submitted the form then why again. He said let me check in register, so he does & found that my name is there in register. He asked us to come after a week My dad went after a week & Mr. Yadav given him a WLL instrument i.e. on Friday 11/07/2003 & he promised that by Tuesday i.e. 15/07/2003 my phone will start working. But till now nothing is happened. Meanwhile in the month of may when i contacted Turbhe MTNL via phone they said your work order came & your new phone no. is 27686492. Now when they already given me the new no. then how they can give WLL? I am feed up with this MTNL guys. They should understand the competition in the market. If they behave & treat consumer like then that day in not far to shutdown MTNL. Please do something Regards Mahendra
