RE: Home Shopping Network - block placed on account due to having sent items back I wanted to purchase a peice of jewlery, they told me there was a block on my account because I sent some things back. The things I sent back were because they were either broken or duplicate orders (for some reason they sent me 2).
If they are going to stop you from ordering because you send things back then they should not tell you that you have 30 days and if your not happy to send it back with no questions asked, because this is not true. I am sure I am not the only person that this happen to and I'm sure I won't be the last.
