Complaints.com received the following on July 15, 2003:

Re : Frustrated in my attempts to obtain refund of $199.00 sent to EasyBkDocs for document package never received . . . Your assistance in this matter would be appreciated . . . History follows -

 

Wed. Jun 18 : Ordered document package from EasyBkDocs to be downloaded to james31281 AT msn.com Authorized electronic check payment of $199.00

 

Thu . Jun 26 : Documents not yet received. Have queried status of order twice.

 

Sat. Jun 28 : A Jane Simple at Easytech19 AT yahoo.co.uk e-mailed me stating that attempts had been made to download documents to james31281 AT msn.com, and that my queries had been forwarded to PaySystems. This order was never fulfilled. The documents were never received. No easy way provided to communicate with EasyBkDocs or with Jane Simple. All queries can normally only be made through PaySystems.

 

Fri. Jul 4 : Placed NEW ORDER to EasyBkDocs for documents to be downloaded to hjames1 AT qwest.net, (my older e-mail address). This time I used a Debit Card for the new (second) payment of $199.00.

 

Tue. Jul 8 : This time the documents ordered were received. Note : Receipt of this second $199.00 was acknowledged by EasyBkdocs, but not by PaySystems (!).

 

Tue. Jul 8 : Requested both Jane Simple at Easytech19 AT yahoo.co.uk and Paysystems to refund first $199.00 relating to previous undelivered order.

 

Thu. Jul 10 : PaySystems sent form letter asking if I had received product first ordered (!). Replied NO, DEFINITELY NOT! Referred to my previous requests to EasyBkDocs and PaySystems for refund of $199.00, and gave history of events. Again requested refund.

 

Tue. Jul 15 : Still no response from either party. Complete frustration!

 

Comment : The documents provided by EasyBkDocs in response to the second order were excellent. However, their customer communications, response to queries and to request for refund, etc., were and are unbelievably lax.
