I bought a sleeper sofa and recliner loveseat from Rooms to Go 2 years ago. Over the weekend while I was cleaning the furniture, I noticed the loveseat is coming a part at the seams under the back cushion.

I phoned their customer service department and was told there was nothing they would do about it because it was out of the 1 year warrant ! Now wouldn't you think this would be considered a factory defect ?

They wouldn't even send anyone out to look at the piece. Their advice to me was to contact an upholstery store and take care of it myself ! I've learned my lesson......No more Rooms-to-Go ! I would like to have them at least take a look at the furniture and either repair or replace it.
