RE: MTNL phone service, New Delhi, India - phone not working since last ten days

Dear Sir, My telephone ( 2544 1489 ) is not working from the last ten days. I have complained the concerned persons/department numerous times but the result is ZERO. The lineman is not interested and says that he will keep the phone in the same condition for another one month. I ask that you act on this complaint to show that MTNL can be customer focused when the need arises. Thanks R K DUA
