I have a complain agaist Royal Camera , a electronic web based business, in Brooklyn, NY, USA. I am living in Ontario, Canada. I made a order to buy a digital video camera : Sony VX 2000. Inicially, a guy named Larry told me the price of that was $ 1,399.00.

But after sent him a certified cheque, he chenged the price. He told me I was supposed to pay for the warranty, battery, lens, mike, filters, cables, even if the software. He just increased the value up to $ 2,400. Immediatelly I canceled the order.

I was very mistreated by them. It seemed to me they do not respect the clint at all. Those guys have the worse costumer service I have seen in my live. By the way they treat the costumer, I don't think they are doing that business right and for sucess. They can have any different goal. They were not professional.
