Kwik Kar # 106, 8240 Hwy 6, Houston, TX - oil leak after oil change - drain plug not tightened properly

Following a oil change I went home & noticed that Oil was leaking from my vehicle. I went to a nearby dealer to get other work done and they checked my car and found that the drain plug was loose and they tightened it.

I went back to the Kwik Kar Lube & Tune and the manager said that the drain plug was not loose I told him of course not I had someone tighten it. He blamed it on maybe a defective oil filter (the one he sold me with the oil change). I told him to just fix it give me a new oil filter and top off the oil.

When I got home I check my oil and found that I was a quart low and also I noticed the oil on my garage floor (about 2 quarts had leaked out) was dirty.
