RE: AAA Camera, NY - www.aaacamera.com - Paid for Cambron lens, received a cheap Star-D lens
I ordered a "Cambron lens, 28-200mm with f/3.5-5.6 at $184.00 plus filter at $21.00 and over-night shipping at $39.00."
I originally wanted the "Tamrac lens" but Tom (at your location AAA Cameras) said, the Tamrac lens would not work on my camera body and assured me I would be just a pleased with the Cambron.
The lens your shop sent me does not meet my needs. Star-D Gold Line 28-200 f/3.9-5.6, a length of 5 1/2" and no manual, not even a shipping invoice. The Star-D is 1 1/2" to long and F/3.9-5.6 will not work for me.
Please provide me with a return shipping invoice number. I would like you to wave the 15% restocking fee. Your shop had my phone number to check with me before making any changes to my order. This lens (Star-D Gold Line) is a very poor substitute for the Cambron lens.
I have contacted to store three times to get the problem resolved. Each time I E-mail the store there is no answer. This store is out to take advantage of its customers. I recommend you use an other store than AAA Camera.
Respectfuly, Callan Myers
