Vartec phone service - unable to get check for credit due

Complaints.com received the following on July 14, 2003:

RE: Vartec phone service - unable to get check for credit due About a year ago I switched from VarTec to SWB. Every month since then I have received a notice that I have a $13.96 CR.

I've called and written numerous times. I've even talked to a supervisor , but to no avail

Each month I still get the same notice. It looks like you would get tired of paying out all that postage and the other expense that goes with it.
