Smart Perks - charged $ 90 - cancelled enrollment within 90 days - don't know what cost $ 90

Complaints.com received the following on July 13, 2003:

smarts perks has done a charge of 90.00 to me, I cancelled my enrollement with in 30 days, got the confirmation number, then received a 90.00 bill charged to my neport news credit card.

when i called newport news, they gave me smarts perks number. smarts perks said I had to pay even though i never received anything and they could not tell me what cost 90.00.
