Dear Sir or Madam: I wrote a letter of complaint about 10 days ago and received no reply or acknowledgment from your company. So, once again, I will say that I purchased a screen tent, manufactured by Ozark trail, at your store in Port Washington WI for a father’s day gift. I paid approximately $40.00 including tax; I no longer have the receipt.

In my opinion and experience, the tent is an absolute piece of junk, the poles are not the correct length and the eyelet holes are in the wrong places. My husband spent about an hour trying to put it up, gave up in total frustration and now this brand new item resides in a corner of the basement where it will stay until the next cleaning, the only other place it is suitable for is the garbage. I am very disappointed in both the product and also your failure to respond last time I wrote, I had, until this incident, been a regular customer of yours but will wait and hear what you have to say before deciding whether or not to continue patronage.
