Out of ignorance, we have ruined MANY loads of clothes! I am now discovering that the top dollar that I paid for this washer could/should have been much better spent on a machine that didn't ruin clothes!
The repairman sent to fix our problem informed me that I was using the wrong soap which allowed for the build-up of the mold which permanently ruined my clothes. It NOT the soap!
It's the poor design of the front-loading machine. I was pleased with the machine at first---large loads could be handled, and the spin cycle was very good. However, it is certainly NOT doing the job one needs with a washing machine--CLEAN CLOTHES!
Buyer Beware: AVOID THIS MACHINE!
