Dear Sir, I have purchased Videocon Bazooka 25" color TV from your dealer M/S Sound and Vision at Udaipur. For last one year it is repeatedly causing some or the other problem.
It is attended every time by your authorized service centre on chargeable basis since it is out of warranty but within very short time it develops another snag. This time he says the power supply is damaged due to high/low voltage whereas your TV has a built in voltage regulation system.
I have even installed an automatic voltage stabilizer. How then the power supply be damaged I fail to understand. He is now telling me that that the coil of the picture tube is damaged and spare is not available. Please direct your senior service personnel to look into the problem.
