Mansfield, Ohio 44902 I drive a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. When I went in there (Hollingsworth Tire) for the alignment the 1st time on 6-10-03, it was still pulling when I drove off. I immediately returned and they re-did the alignment. I came home and it was still pulling and they told me to come back in the morning (6-11-03). I went back and told them it was going to Ford. I took it to Donley Ford in Galion, Ohio on 6-11-03.

They gave me a print out of how the alignment was when it was brought in (from Hollingsworth Tire) and how it was when I left Ford. After Ford, my car drove straight and the steering wheel was as straight as possible.

When I confronted Hollingsworth Tire about it with proof he didnt do a good job, He got mad and started cussing and getting other mechanics pissed off at me and declined a refund. Donley Ford called Hollingsworth Tire on my behalf and they still declined a refund of my $44.00 (tax not included).
