I purchased a computer system for our family.I DEEPLY REGRET ever purchasing anything from this company.
Their interest rates are unbelievable unless you have impeccable and spotless credit. I just paid my "SUPPOSED" balance in full including interest to date. After they received my payment by phone, they informed me my account had a zero balance two days later. In fact they told me I was due a refund of $34.00.
That was two weeks ago.I closed the account promptly after confirming they credited my account as "PAID IN FULL". That was almost two weeks ago.I just received a statement showing I owed them $15.00 in interest accrued, and I was not receiving a credit refund as they previously told me.
