RE: Target, Route 73, Marlton, NJ - used cash to make purchase together with gift card - refund only offered via gift card - cash portion would not be refunded I will never shop at TARGET again, they lost me as a customer. I had a twenty dollar gift card. I made a purchase for $30.00, I added ten dollars cash to my purchase. I returned the next day with my receipt to return the merchandise. The cashier handed me a thirty dollar store credit for my return.
The sales slip clearly stated that i used a $20.00 gift card and $10.00 in cash for my purchase.. TARGET refused TO GIVE ME $20.00 store credit and my $10.00 Cash that I added to the purchase. Target has a racket gone on. Target said that i must take a $30.00 store credit.
I had them call the main office to complain and the rude manager hung the phone up on me. Rather then give me back what I had given them when I made my purchase, Target inconvenienced about thirty people in the return line. The return line just got longer. I made sure all thirty people in that return line was aware of how they do business. $10.00 cost them big time .
What a way to run a business. Target in Marlton, New Jersey Route 73
