HP 812 digital camera - sent to repair center in Ontario for warranty repair - returned in 10 days missing media card, batteries and docking port rubber plug

I mailed a new HP 812 digital camera to the repair center in Ont. for a warranty repair,that was done and returned within ten days, very good.

When the camera came back,it was missing the media card, two new rechargable batteries ,and the docking port rubber plug. when I phoned the HP service center and complained, a (gentleman) assured me these items would be returned immediatlely, they were never returned,----ever.
