RE: HCI Direct - Silkies Pantyhose - unfairly dunned from RMCB Collection Agency for $ 13.98

I did a search on RMCB Collection Agency to see if it is a legitimate business, and I was surprised to find that someone listed the precise complaint I have. I have receive a notice from HCI Direct-Silkies Pantyhose, and then from RMCB claiming that I owed $13.98.

I believe this is a complete scam to try to fool busy people into thinking they purchased something and bully them into paying the small amount. Kathleen Trainor
