RE: Pegasus Satellite - reception problems - two weeks of missed or cancelled appointments Just wanted people to be aware of Pegasus. Ordered there services all went well for an over a year than started having reception problems.

 

Called and they gave me the local number of a repair company in my area after 2 weeks of canceled or missed appointments still not getting any reception on my satellite I called Pegasus to cancel there service. Now until they get the total payment will not take the equipment back.

 

The problem is don't feel I should pay for the 2 weeks that I did not receive satellite from them they told me it was my problem it was never fixed??

 

So I either pay them the full amount or I am charged $150, for the equipment. Every time I try and talk with a supervisor I mysteriously am disconnected. It is only about 25 dollars we are talking about but the point is they are ripping me off .
