Complaints.com received the following on July 9, 2003:

RE: Columbia House DVD Club - paid for service, but continued to get billed
I started a membership with Columbia House DVD Club. Everything was fine for the first month. I ordered, they sent them, and I paid. A couple of weeks later, I got a bill in the mail that said I did not pay. I sent copies of my money orders to their customer service center.
They say they never got the copies. I continue to get these bills. I have cooperated as much as I am going too with this company. From now on, I am not going to order anything from them.
