i purchased computer from email address www.tigerdirect.com may 5.2003 and it is firelite brand and cannot get help from tiger or firelite on problems with computer.

have no documentation nor operating paper work that tiger says firelite is supposed to provide to me at time of purchase.

i think it is giving me runarounf. i have contacted both parties and get no help. i have 560.00 dollars of junk sitting on my desk and am very unhappy with tigerdirect.any help suggestions?
