I HAVE BEEN IN DISPUTE WITH SPRINT LONG DISTANCE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW, I HAD VERIZON LONG DISTANCE FOR 7 CENTS A MINUTE, WHEN I CHOSE TO GO WITH SPRINT LD FOR $40.00 A MONTH YOU GET 1000 MINUTES OF LONG DISTANCE, WELL I HAD IT FOR 8 DAYS, WHEN I DECIDED I DIDN;T WANT LONG DISTANCE ON MY PHONE AT ALL, DUE TO USING IT TO MUCH,
SO WHEN I CALLED SPRINT TO CANCEL THEY SAID IT WOULD BE PRORATED FOR THE 8 DAYS OF SERVICE, WHEN I RECIEVED MY LAST BILL IT WAS $111.07 FOR 8 DAYS WORTH OF LONG DISTANCE, WHEN I CALLED TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE SAVINGS PLAN I HAD REQUESTED, SO THEY HAD BEEN CHARGING ME .30 CENT A MINUTE FOR ALL MY CALLS,
WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THERE IS NO WAY ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD WILLINGLY GO FROM PAYING .07 CENT A MINUTE TO .30 CENT A MINUTE, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY AGREED, BUT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO, BECAUSE THE CHARGES WERE ALREADY THERE,
SO NOW I AM STUCK PAYING $111.07 FOR LONG DISTANCE FOR 8 DAYS WORTH OF SERVICE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF I COULD HAVE THIS RESOLVED, BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THAT IS GONNA HAPPEN, I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY IT, THEY HAVE ATTACHED IT TO MY REGULAR PHONE BILL,
SO IF I DON'T PAY IT THEY WILL TURN OFF MY PHONE SERVICE THROUGH VERIZON MIDWEST, BUT IF I CAN'T GET THIS RESOLVED KNOWING THAT OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE READING THIS KNOWING HOW WRONG SPRINT HAS DONE ME AND OTHERS, WILL GIVE ME A LITTLE SATISFACTION.
