Ab Energizer - tightening gel (silver platimum package) - paid for, but didn't receive products

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 5, 2002:

Hi

Ordered a second belt way before xmas last year, along with a six month supply of there tightning gel there dietry supplement.

I believe it was called there silver platinum package, anyway after all of these months i have not RECIEVED NO BELT NO GEL NO NOTHING NO SATISFACTION WHAT SO EVER.

And when you call there customer service number you get the same thing NOTHING!
