Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 5, 2002:

RE: vitafree.com - order for dietzx w/o ephedrine - paid for, but didn't receive order we placed an order for dietzx w/o ephedrine 6 bottles on 11/28/01 and on 4/04/02 for 6 bottles and recieved none of them. but are credit card has been billed.
when we got through once they said they would credit are card for the 11/28/01order but have yet to.
we have emailed but get a generic email back each time. all we wanted was the product. but if we can't get it at least credit are card promptly.
