www.buyritegames.com - paid for, but didn't receive Xbox - can't reach by phone or e-mail

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 3, 2002:

Just want to aware people of the online retailer store named www.buyritegames.com I have placed an order for an xbox game last January 14.... (Yeah that's been 6 month from now) and they have credited my credit card on may 21th and still to this date,haven't received ANY game whatsoever....

This is so frustrating and irritating that I just want to warn all the people that I can so that nobody get caught by them again. I tried to call them but they are unreachable and I have sent about 6 emails without ANY reply at all which makes me believe that they are scamming people.

Please be careful as it's really sad that those type of company don't get shut down for what they are doing.... Michel Chouinard...
