Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 30, 2002:

RE: AOL - unable to update billing information despite repeated attempts - poor service
Pls connect me with someone who can actually make the billing system work. I and my wife have repeatedly updated our Acct Info (since our Visa card was lost a month ago and we got another acct no. to preclude defalcations) but our efforts to update our info have gone apparently WITHOUT AOL FOLLOWUP or UPDATE to our records.
I have Broadband Cable at my house and do not use it for my email.
I have been an AOL customer since (I THINK) sometime around the time I moved my main residences to the Continental US in 1992.
DO YOU STILL WANT MY BUSINESS OR NOT?? CALL ME>
