Diet ZX (with Vitafree.com) - cancelled order - refund check bounced

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 28, 2002:

RE: Diet ZX (with Vitafree.com) - cancelled order - refund check bounced I had ordered & wish i never did these diet pill off a TVcommercial. after about two monthes i tried to contact them about the productthey never talked to me.

i decided to cancel the whole order they said it's okand they will refund my money and send me a check. it took 3 months to get thecheck. that's not it, the BiG PROBLEM is that the check bounced as a nonsuffecient funds!!!

after that i tried to talk to somebody big in there like a manager , always theanswer is the manager is in a meeting, he is not in today, or answeringmachine, and ofcourse no call back. I called by phone over 25 times! faxed themthe bad check and the back statement they didn't answer! complained online noresponse!! that's just crazy!!

In my opinion, please stay away from this company.

i just need my $ 55.00 and i will be satisfied.

i have copies of the bad check and the bank statement showing all the transactions plus a note from the bank regarding the insuffecient funds that was charged to my account.
