We purchased a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport track a few months ago. Since the time of purchase we have had multiple problems and cannot get cooperation from Gillespit Ford of San Antonio, where we purchased the truck.

We have contacted the 1-800 number for Ford and they direct us back to the local dealership, who directs us back to the 800 number. This has been ongoing for months now.

The gas mileage stays around 14 - 16 mpg, as apposed to the 21 advertised. The drivers seat panel continually falls off and the the ignition keys continually locks up, taking up to 20 minutes to get started.
