DMK* Smart Perks - charged $ 29.99 without permission - unauthorized charge

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 26, 2002:

The company is DMK* smart perks.

I would like to know how you managed to have funds of $29.99 credited to my credit card without my permission? I am very angry at this . After receiving my credit card bill and seeing that you not only did this without permission from me, but also went over my credit limit by doing so.

I want this removed from my credit card ASP or I am turning this over to better business bureau. As for your information, no one was home to give you this permission.

I will be checking my statements daily. I am giving you till Monday, July 29, 2002 to have this matter taken care of.
