RE: Juno.com Internet service - existing customers not eligible for car giveaway drawing - trouble getting help from technicians Once again Juno is offering something to potential new customers that they don't offer to faithful paying customers who have been with them since they started. They are having a car giveaway but the only way to qualify for the drawing is to become a new customer. Plus, if you need customer service from a real technician good luck! All they do is sit back and collect the money while their customers have to deal with all problems on their own. Please, someone out there, start a good competing web service! That's the only way to shake these people up. Juno bought out the last good competitor Netzero and it's been crappy ever since. K. Custard
