Complaints.com received the following consumer message on July 25, 2002:

This complaint is for Namesecure.com Inc. Their customer support phone number is in not in service for the last 4 weeks and I have sent several emails without any response from them.
This is a matter of inspection and I would like to pay public's attention on it so that trouble may be avoided. I tried emailing them repeatedly with no reply. I now want to transfer my domains to another host and they are not responding to my requests to transfer. I cannot find any phone number to call them. Business website cannot be accessed and they don't offer explanations or any solutions in their emails. I have been trying to get them to fix this for weeks now. Major ad campaign promoting our site is basically ruined.
