RE: International Paper Supplies - unauthorized delivery & charge of $ 275 for paper to Human Bean, Central Point, OR
International Paper Supplies 4/23/02 called one of our Human Bean Drive Thru locations in Central Point, OR. and told our employee Jason Jaime that they had been authorized to send us product and needed him to verify our mailing address.
The Human Bean received 6 boxes of registrar tape totaling 36 rolls at a value of $7.00 at Costco. I received an invoice 5/18/02 of $275.00, I then sent the product back (1Z945X1900346972584 Tracking #) to International Paper Supplies 5/20/02. Then replied with a fax letting then know The Human Bean did not authorize any purchases, and not to call any of our establishments again.
A week later another sales rep from International Paper Supplies tried running the same scam. We tried contacting a lady named Madison 1-866-693-9989 Ext. 331 with our complaint, she was very rude and would not send us a recording of the phone conversation between our employee and the sales rep.
Now International Paper Supplies is trying to charge us a 20% restocking fee which is $55.00 Our company informed them that no one is allowed to order anything on the phone other than the owners of the Human Bean. This company is not running a very honest establishment and we do not want them to take advantage of one else.
