RE: Gardeners Choice.net - quicklawn grass seed did not grow - trying to get refund for seed
I orderded some quickgrass among other things from Gardeners choice and the plants did not grow nor did the grass seed.I informed them that I still had the dead plants that that they said you could return if they did not make it.
They refunded me money$22.00 for the plants but kept my money for the grass seed.I have tried to phone them over fifty times for my refund or at least a satisfactory product, but have not heard from them. The phone# is constantly busy up until closing.
I have also left my number with them several times by email, the way you can corressponse with them.Try their number anybody for yourself. It also states to expect a email response in 2days (I ordered these things in March.).Bye the way I have been gardening for over 26years,so I know what I am doing. I called from day one to cancel my order they told me they didn't see my order and that I should call back. Called back 25 times still getting the same message. Called yet again this time receiving I'm sorry, but your order has already gone through there is nothing we can do. They informed me that the only thing I could do is refuse the package and they would refund me only for the price of the seed not the shipping. How much you want to bet they did see the order, they just didn't want to lose the money. I tried to find out info on it and can't seem to find out anything on it, not what type of grass it is or instructions on what to do in specific situations or anything! It sounds too good to be true...so I guess it must be.
