Dell Computer - microphone sticker messed up - customer service refused to mail a replacement sticker</font></p> <p><font size="2" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">I've had my Dell for several years. It has been a good computer.

RE: Dell Computer - microphone sticker messed up - customer service refused to mail a replacement sticker I've had my Dell for several years. It has been a good computer.

 

Although this is such a minor complaint I was, and still am a litle disappointed. When I received my new Dell, The microphone has a sticker to place under the microphone to keep it in place. My sticker was messed up, and wouildn't stick.

 

So I contacted Dell to ask if they could send me a new one because it was made exactly the right size for the microphone. But customer service refused to mail me another one. They told me to go out, and buy something to make it stick.

 

I know this is such a very small incident, But what if it had been a much bigger problem I've often wondered how they would have dealt with me then.
